Is FMA an agency?
FMA is a mentoring-based community for models and creators, offering learning opportunities, professional development, and a supportive network of like-minded individuals. We also operate as a talent scout, helping to place suitable talent into partner agencies.
We are not an agency - instead, we focus on empowering talent to take control of their own careers through education, portfolio-building experiences, and industry connections, all within a collaborative and uplifting environment.
Do I need experience to apply for FMA?
No - you don’t need any prior experience to apply for FMA. We welcome models and creators at every stage of their journey, from complete beginners to seasoned professionals.
Our focus is on providing the guidance, education, and community you need to develop your skills, build your portfolio, and grow with confidence.
We do however have an application process to ensure those who are applying, understand that being part of FMA is a journey and energy you put is what you get back out.
Can anyone apply to FMA?
Well, almost anyone. We do have an age limit of 18 to apply - anyone with a passion for modelling or content creation can apply to FMA. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, body types, and experience levels.

What is a Portfolio Day?
FMA Portfolio Days are immersive, experiences designed for models to start or refresh their portfolios in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Guided by our team of mentors and working with professional photographers, you’ll create high-quality images that showcase your range - without the overwhelming cost of a traditional one-on-one portfolio shoot.
These days are not only a chance to elevate your visuals but also to learn, connect, and build confidence alongside other creatives who share your goals.
What is a Content Day?
Content Days are full-day experiences that give creators access to a professional studio or curated location for a fraction of the usual cost, making high-quality content creation more accessible than ever.
Surrounded by a community of like-minded creatives, you’ll have the chance to collaborate, share ideas, and learn from each other, all while receiving guidance and mentorship from our experienced team.
